Principles

An insertion machine is a device that automatically mounts taped electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) according to programmed instructions. Traditionally, the electronics assembly industry relied heavily on manual component insertion by workers. As mass production became widespread, the disadvantages of manual insertion—slow speed and poor process quality—became obvious. Automating component placement on PCBs with insertion machines reduces labor costs and improves assembly quality and consistency.

 – Vertical insertion machines:
LED lighting, LED displays, electric light sources, energy-saving lamps, outdoor lighting, street lamps, searchlights, lighting accessories, ballasts, audio equipment, etc.

– Horizontal insertion machines:
